Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Quickshoot collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Quickshoot website and services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and avatar, provided by you or by your sign-in provider (e.g. Google) when you create an account.
- Generation data — the prompts you write, reference files you upload, model settings you choose, and the outputs that are generated.
- Billing data — your subscription plan, credit balance, and transaction history. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Dodo Payments); we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data — log and device information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — including sending your prompts and reference files to the AI model provider you selected (e.g. Replicate) to run your generation.
- To manage subscriptions, credits, and payments through our payment processor.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and important Service changes.
- To improve the Service — in aggregate or de-identified form where possible.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Infrastructure and model providers — e.g. Supabase (authentication and database), Replicate (model execution), and hosting providers, strictly to operate the Service.
- Payment processors — Dodo Payments, to process subscriptions and payments.
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. Generation history and outputs are retained so you can access your past work. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support; some records (e.g. billing) may be retained where required by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@quickshoot.ai. We respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (TLS), scoped access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you via the Service or email.
