Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account → subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan, credits, and model access remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation.

If a generation fails — the model errors, times out, or returns no output — the credits reserved for that generation are automatically returned to your balance. This happens without any action needed from you.

• Unused subscriptions: if you were charged and have not consumed any credits in the new billing period, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.
• Partially used periods: credits already consumed by completed generations are non-refundable, because we incur model-provider costs the moment a generation runs. Refunds for partially used periods are assessed case by case.
• Billing errors:duplicate charges or amounts that don’t match your plan are refunded in full — contact us with the payment reference.

To request a refund, email support@quickshoot.ai from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (timing depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days).

Upgrades take effect immediately — you are charged a prorated amount and receive the new plan’s credits. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, so you keep everything you paid for. Amounts already charged for the current period are not refunded on downgrade.

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. prohibited content or attempting to abuse the credit system) are not eligible for refunds.
