Terms of Service

Quickshoot provides access to third-party generative AI models (such as video and image models hosted on infrastructure providers like Replicate) through a single interface. Generations are paid for with credits included in your subscription plan.

We may add, remove, or replace the AI models available on the Service at any time. Model capabilities, output quality, and generation speed depend on the underlying providers and are not guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Each plan grants a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed per generation based on the model, duration, and resolution selected — the estimated cost is shown before you generate.
• Unless stated otherwise, unused credits reset when a new billing period starts and have no cash value. Credits are not transferable between accounts.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. Plan upgrades may be charged a prorated amount immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Inputs. You retain ownership of prompts and reference files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service (including passing them to the model provider you selected).

Outputs.To the extent permitted by law and by the underlying model providers’ terms, you own the videos and images you generate and may use them commercially. You are responsible for verifying that your intended use complies with applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• depicts real, identifiable people without their consent — including deceptive deepfakes, harassment, or sexualized content of any real person;
• sexualizes or endangers minors in any way (zero tolerance — reported to authorities);
• is intended to deceive, defraud, or spread disinformation (including undisclosed synthetic media in political contexts);
• infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
• abuses, reverse-engineers, scrapes, or attempts to disrupt the Service or its rate limits.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice. Credits associated with terminated accounts due to violations are forfeited.

Generative AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive despite safeguards. Outputs are provided “as is”; you are responsible for reviewing them before use. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users from similar prompts.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generations will complete successfully (failed generations are automatically refunded in credits).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickshoot’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable). Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
